He began working off grounds about a year ago. He delivers shredding to
InfoShred. His job begins when he comes to the vocational building
from
the main building. He then heads to the workroom and retrieves
shredding from behind the closet double doors. He usually grabs two
bags at a time to bring to the van waiting at the bottom of the
vocational building staircase. He arranges the bags into
the back of the van and shuts the door. Once we arrive at InfoShred,
he dumps the shredding into a large bin to be processed. He is a
hardworking team member who typically likes words of encouragement to
complete his tasks. Today, however, was different.
He came into the vocational building, went to the closet and took out
5 or 6 bags of shredding without any staff involvement! This is a
major accomplishment for him. Way to go on your increased
independence!
